Integrative Medicine.

Therapies that help the body do what it’s already designed to do: repair. For active adults who want to move and recover like they used to.

Who it's for

When your body knows what it used to feel like.

Integrative options are for patients who want a meaningful edge on recovery, repair, and resilience.

Integrative therapies often make sense for:

Integrative therapies aren’t for everyone, and they’re not magic. But for the right patient, they’re a powerful complement to the foundational work we do on hormones and metabolism.

⎯⎯ 02 / How it works

Layered on a solid foundation.

Integrative therapies work best when the underlying systems are dialed in. That’s where we start, and that’s how we decide what to add.

Step one

Discovery call

Free 15-minute call. What are you optimizing? Recovery, sleep, performance?

Step two

Foundational labs

Comprehensive panel including inflammation, hormones, and metabolic markers. Foundation first.

Step three

Targeted protocol

Peptides or therapies chosen for your specific goal, dosed and monitored carefully.

Step four

Evaluate & iterate

Track outcomes (recovery time, sleep quality, performance metrics). Adjust or rotate as appropriate.

What we use

Peptides & complementary therapies.

What we offer, and why we choose to offer it.

Peptide therapy

Short chains of amino acids that signal specific cellular processes. We use peptides for recovery, sleep architecture, immune support, and lean tissue maintenance, depending on what your goals are. Sourced from accredited pharmacies, dosed for you, monitored carefully.

Recovery & joint support

Peptide and complementary therapies specifically aimed at joint and tissue repair. Useful for patients with chronic soft-tissue issues, post-surgery rehab, or just lingering wear from years of being active.

Sleep architecture

Better sleep isn’t just longer sleep. We use targeted protocols to improve the deep and REM phases that drive recovery and brain consolidation.

Layered with HRT & weight work

Integrative care almost always works best alongside optimized hormones and a working metabolic baseline. Most of our Integrative patients are also patients in one or both of our other pillars. Patients seeking just Integrative care are welcome too.

"I'm a runner, and recovery had become a problem. Three months in, I'm hitting paces I haven't seen since my 30s, and I'm 47. "

Common questions

Quick answers on Integrative care.

Direct answers to what patients ask first. See the full FAQ for more.
01 Are peptides FDA-approved?
Some peptides have FDA approval; many are used off-label. We’re careful about sourcing (accredited pharmacies only) and prescribing only what has reasonable safety and efficacy data behind it. We’re transparent about which peptides have what level of clinical evidence.
Depends entirely on the goal and the protocol. Sleep improvements often show in 2 to 3 weeks. Recovery and joint improvements typically take 6 to 12 weeks. Results vary by protocol and goal
Side effects exist for any therapy. Most peptides have favorable safety profiles when used appropriately, but every patient is monitored closely so we catch issues early. We’ll walk through the relevant side-effect profile for whatever protocol we recommend.
Yes. Many patients pursue regenerative therapies on their own without hormone work. We’re happy to start there and revisit hormones if symptoms suggest they’re part of the picture.
